On arrival and before training at our facility for the first time visitors must complete and sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) which includes personal information, such as name, address, email address, telephone number and emergency contact information, as well as any relevant medical information pertinent to the training services provided at Strongman Academy UK. This physical document is then filed and stored securely.


The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered.
